What Does Supply SA Focus On?
Procurement Readiness for Small Businesses
We provide education, navigation, and technical assistance to help businesses become contracting-ready—covering certifications, vendor registration, compliance, and bid preparation.
Regional Agency Alignment
We work with local government–funded agencies to identify and advance policy, operational, and procedural improvements that broaden supplier participation while maintaining accountability and compliance.
Trusted Intermediary & Connector
We bridge agencies and the small-business community by translating procurement requirements, and supporting small businesses in positioning themselves for local public procurement.
Improved Access to Local Contracts
We reduce barriers that limit small-business participation by addressing fragmented systems, complex processes, and inconsistent requirements across agencies.
Organization Objectives
Public procurement is fragmented across local governments. Small businesses face unclear requirements, long timelines, and complex systems that limit access. This disconnect keeps public dollars from reaching the businesses that fuel our local economy.
Our goal is to increase local and small business participation in SATX procurement through regional collaboration.
By increasing access to small business bidders, decreasing certification process time, and clarifying process and availability of bids, we will increase local small businesses winning public contracts.
