Public procurement is fragmented across local governments. Small businesses face unclear requirements, long timelines, and complex systems that limit access. This disconnect keeps public dollars from reaching the businesses that fuel our local economy.
What Are We Doing?
Our goal is to increase local and small business participation in SATX procurement through regional collaboration.
How Are We Doing It?
By increasing access to small business bidders, decreasing certification process time, and clarifying process and availability of bids, we will increase local small businesses winning public contracts.
