University Health, Layton, Turner, Byrne, and SLM are hosting a Trade Partner Outreach Event on Thursday, January 22 from 4:00–5:00 PM CST at 11102 S. Zarzamora St., San Antonio, TX 78224, inviting subcontractors to learn about upcoming medical office build-outs at Palo Alto and Retama Hospitals.

Each site will feature a 33,600 SF clinical space build-out across Levels 2–4, with construction starting between late March and late April 2026. Attendees interested in walking the jobsite must bring and wear their own PPE. To participate, RSVP here.
